The UK Olympic Trials are taking place March 26 and two of our SAYSKY athlete are participating in the trials, which could lead to a spot on the UK Olympic team. We had a talk with Becky Briggs and Paul Navesey about their preparations and expectations for the big day.

How to stay motivated in the winter? Wrap up warm and bank the miles! As a runner, winter can be a tough one to get through. It’s dark and cold and the season screams for cuddling up inside with a blanket and binge watching. But don’t let weather or the season get in the way of your running – it’s all about finding the right attitude. So, we decided to have a small chat with four of our SAYSKY athletes to get their take on how to stay motivated during the winter.
The 130km relay project: Møns Klint to Copenhagen What happens when racing is off and there’s nothing serious holding us to our training plans? You come up with fun running projects to keep you entertained and challenged, so back in July, Nicklas and Simon from the SAYSKY office huddled up a few of their friends, to complete a 130km 5-man relay from Møns Klint to Copenhagen.
