Do SAYSKY offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping for all mainland UK orders via Royal Mail and free FedEx Express delivery on all orders over £150. All shipping options and delivery times can be found here.
Will there be duties and import taxes on my order?
You don't have to worry about duties and taxes when shopping on saysky.co.uk. The prices you see online are final. Shipping fees are additional and still apply.
How quickly do you ship?
Delivery time is typically 3 - 6 working days for standard delivery and 1 - 2 days for express services. But place your order before 12.00 CET and it'll be shipped on the same day. The specific delivery times can be found here.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information
Can I return or exchange my order?We do not offer exchanges, but you can return your goods within 30 days of placing your order. Please return it to the below address and make sure to mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS”. Also remember to fill out and include the return slip that came with your order.

When do I receive my refund?
We process refunds as soon as we receive the returned item. Please allow for a few business days for the refund to be transferred. Refunds can only be made to the credit card that was used to make the purchase. You’ll be notified by email, when we have processed your refund request.
