We're currently offering free standard UK shipping on orders between £100 and £135. All shipping rates and delivery times can be found here.
Will there be duties and import taxes on my order?
You don't have to worry about duties and taxes when shopping on saysky.co.uk. The prices you see online are final. Shipping fees are additional and still apply. See the next point for more info.
How will Brexit affect my order?
All UK orders below £135 are duty-free. Orders above £135 are normally subject to duties and taxes. However, we're handling these for you and you will only be charged a £20 flat fee by SAYSKY, with no further costs or delays**. If your order total is above £135, we generally advice that you place two orders instead of one, as this will be your cheapest option. Read more about it here.
How quickly do you ship?
Delivery time is typically 1-4 working days depending on the service that you select during checkout. But place your order before 12.00 CET and it'll be shipped on the same day. The specific delivery times can be found here.

Can I return or exchange my order?
We do not offer exchanges, but you can return your goods within 30 days of placing your order. Please return it to the below address and make sure to mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS”. Also remember to fill out and include the return slip that came with your order.

When do I receive my refund?
