I’m a newly qualified doctor learning to balance a busy work schedule with high quality racing. I have captained Wales and represented Great Britain at the European cross country mixed relay. As a sub 4 minute miler and 13:55 5000m runner, I like to make the most of competing in events that have a fantastic atmosphere since the thrill of racing is what I run for.
